Human Resource Club
The “e-HR” club is dedicated to encourage excellence. Our strategic area of interest covers the professional
and overall development of students as a perfect individual .It strives to enhance the skills and competencies
of the students through sharing and learning. This club is created keeping in mind the continuous strive for
academic and professional excellence in the field of human resource with technology.

- Innovations in technology on optimising the HR practices with HR technologies
What we do
- “Talk to experts”: Explore new opportunities and skills by conversing with eminent personalities from the industry and academics.
- Online surveys: Encourage students to work on small surveys projects to gain more knowledge on different trends and updates on HR domains.
- Seminar/Webinars/Presentation: It will motivate the students to construct their own knowledge
bank and develop their interpersonal skills - Creative and Fun Activity classes: ice breaking/recreation sessions
- HR Generalist and Core HR Activities: Students would be learning about the practicalities of the HR
domains

Prof. Smruti Rekha Behera
is Assistant Professor in Rourkela Institute of Management Studies. She is an MBA with specialisation in Human Resources from Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar and have
completed B.Sc (Hons.) degree under Sambalpur University.
